I recently underwent a massive change; I was the joint owner of a niche boutique marketing agency called Hyderus. In February 2023, we were acquired by a large, independent, integrated marketing agency, FINN Partners. It’s been a fast-paced change, but I am loving every minute.

At my new workplace, I have had the pleasure of meeting hundreds of talented individuals who work for PRovoke's 'Best Agency to Work For, 2023.' These individuals are the reason why I love coming to work each day. Additionally, my clients inspire me with innovative healthcare work that changes lives and motivates me to make a difference.

After stumbling upon managing large-scale, multi-country, multi-language, and multi-cultural projects for a healthcare marketing agency, Hyderus was born. I brought my IT project management skills to a whole new area. I've been described as someone who makes the impossible possible, has an eye for detail, and can get the best out of their teams. However, I am lucky because of the incredible people I have worked with over the years, and the lessons they have taught me have gotten me to where I am today.

Now, as a Senior Partner and EMEA Public Health Co-Lead in the Global Health Practice at FINN Partners, I want to impact the world positively. At FINN, we are fierce champions of health innovation, from introducing medical breakthroughs to helping our clients offer life-enhancing care. I am a voice for the impact of climate change on health.

In my personal life, I practice mindfulness, and this quote from Anne Lamott sums up my approach to life perfectly --

The most important role in my spare time is to be a member of the Rotary. I am a Rotary Club of Wexford member and the District 1160 representative for PolioPlus.
